  • When can I expect my order?

    Gassan ships all products by PostNL or FedEx (international). We strive to ship your order within 24 hours, allowing you to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible.

    You can track your package at all times via the Track & Trace code. As soon as your product is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code. This code will inform you of the location of your package.

  • Information services

    Zopim Live Chat: We offer our customers the opportunity to ask questions between 9 am and 6 pm (Central European Time) - Shipping costs: Free shipping - 14 days return. We offer a 14 day return policy on every purchased item so as to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Gassan. This applies only to online sales.

    You have our guarantee that your purchase will be shipped in a quick and safe way. As soon as your order is shipped, it is insured until receipt.

  • Gift services

    Every purchase from Gassan is a gift in itself. Your purchase could be luxuriously packed and wrapped in dark blue wrapping paper. This is a free service.

  • How can I see if an item is available?

    The web shop is equipped with a stock system. If you wish to order more items than the available stock, you will then be notified. You can always contact us if you would like to order more items than the available stock. We will consult our suppliers regarding such order requests.

  • Can I send my order to another address as a gift?

    Yes, that is possible. If you indicate this with your order, we will ensure that your purchased item is beautifully packed as a gift. There will not be any extra charges and no information about the website will be revealed.

  • Can the product be returned?

    The return or exchange of a purchased item is free of charge. However, the item must be received within 14 days. The return or exchange of an item is only possible if the product has been ordered online and meets the following conditions: All the original papers (certificates, guarantees, etc.) and the original receipt are included; the product is authentic, and in mint and unworn condition; it is packed in its original (brand) box, there are no signs that it has been worn and/or damage. When the Gassan specialist has checked and confirmed the above listed conditions of the item, we will then contact the customer to confirm the acceptance of the exchange or return. The purchase amount will then be refunded to the customer or the item may be exchanged. If the item is damaged and/or falsified, and/or is not accompanied by all the above-mentioned authentic documents, then it cannot be accepted for exchange or return. The customer will then be notified of these reasons in writing via email. In this case the purchased item remains as the customer's possession. When the product meets the condition for Gassan's return policy, the purchase amount will be refunded within 28 days. NOTE: When returning a purchase with the Gassan Giftcard, the amount will only be refunded on the Gassan Gift Card.

  • Are there other costs associated with shipping?

    We ship our products free of charge within the Netherlands. In most cases, the packet will be delivered the next working day. However, delivery is dependent on PostNL. To prevent delay in shipping, please fill in your details carefully and correctly. Incorrect shipping information will cause delays. You can track your packet by means of a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email after payment and shipping of the product. If you have created an account while ordering, you can also find your tracking number in your account.
