Can I come to view a watch in person?
You are more than welcome to visit us by appointment. If there's a specific watch you want to see, please let us know via email or call +31(0)20 622 5333, and we will inform you at which location you can view it.

How does the buying or part-exchange process work?
We are happy to assist you in this matter. You can provide the information about the watch you would like to sell through this form, and we will have all the necessary details to conduct a valuation. You will receive a response within 48 hours on whether we can make an (direct) offer.

If you wish to part-exchange for a specific pre-owned model, you can mention this in the form.

Once we have made an offer and it is accepted by you, we will invite you to visit our HOUSE of GASSAN location by appointment to formalize the purchase. We will prepare a purchase form, after which we will proceed with an authenticity check and register the watch in the digital buying register. These checks take 5 working days, after which we will pay you via bank transfer.

Please note: to sell your watch, you need to be a resident of an EU country and have an EU bank account and EU based address.

Where can I find the pre-owned collection?
You can find our pre-owned showroom at HOUSE of GASSAN, Nieuwe Uilenburgerstraat 173-175, Amsterdam. Additionally, part of our pre-owned collection is available for viewing at the GASSAN Boutique, P.C. Hoofstraat 84, Amsterdam, and Meent 102, Rotterdam. If you're coming for a specific watch, please call 020-622 5333 first, and we will schedule an appointment for you to view the watch in peace.

How can I be sure that the watch I buy is authentic?
All our watches are inspected by our watchmakers upon intake and are guaranteed to be authentic. If the watch has been serviced, it is done by the respective brands themselves, ensuring the highest quality standards for the servicing.

Do you provide a warranty upon purchase?
We offer a standard one-year warranty on the watch movement after purchase, giving you peace of mind when buying a pre-owned model from us.

Can you check if my watch, purchased elsewhere, is authentic?
We do not conduct separate authenticity checks for watches purchased elsewhere, so we cannot assist in this matter. If you're looking for a pre-owned watch that is guaranteed authentic, we happily refer you to our pre-owned collection. With us, you can buy your pre-owned watch with confidence.

I purchased a pre-owned watch from you and want to make use of my warranty period, how does it work?
We are more than happy to assist you with this. You can contact us via email or call +31(0)20 622 5333, and we will schedule an appointment for you to bring in the watch for repair.

Can I order a watch strap from you?

Can I have my watch appraised for insurance with you?
