Your Responsibilities

• Purchasing activities within the team, including daily administrative tasks such as purchasing, administration, processing client orders, answering emails, completing ongoing daily matters, and responding to colleagues’ requests as quickly and accurately as possible.
• Maintaining contact with our jewelry suppliers; you will act as an ambassador for a number of jewelry brands.
• Conducting brand analyses for jewelry brands, monitoring monthly performance; Excel holds no secrets for you and you know how to optimize stock turnover.
• Carrying out commercial store visits per location (very regularly), reviewing needs from both a sales and purchasing perspective, supported by data and figures.
• Ensuring complete collection sets across all locations.
• Preparing meetings with brands by mapping out figures, sales, inventory, and requirements.
• Acting as the link between Purchasing and Marketing for the development and purchasing of campaign collections (e.g. for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day).

Within the Jewelry Purchasing department, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You handle requests from across the organization, process client orders, and create brand analyses to maintain oversight of monthly performance. Concepts such as margins and stock turnover are familiar to you. In close cooperation with the various GASSAN locations, you ensure that collections and sets are complete in order to optimize stock turnover. You are accurate, punctual, proactive, and enjoy completing tasks. You take pleasure in analyzing figures, and your analytical skills help us turn insights into concrete actions that stimulate jewelry sales. You will be part of the Jewelry Purchasing team, supporting the daily operation.

• MBO/HBO level of thinking and working.
• Structured, able to distinguish between main and secondary issues, and strong at completing tasks.
• Analytical, with a genuine interest in interpreting data.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Stress-resistant and punctual.
• Affinity with jewelry and watches.
