Despite all the progress, female entrepreneurs in 2026 continue to face significant challenges. To give female entrepreneurs the visibility they deserve, ABN AMRO MeesPierson and Choices by DL have once again joined forces. Today, they proudly unveil the new 10 Women to Watch 2026: ten inspiring women who are each making a meaningful difference in their respective fields.

This year is especially significant, as 10 Women to Watch celebrates its anniversary as well as the fifth edition of the list. For the past five years, the initiative has shone a spotlight on female entrepreneurs who are driving change in their industries through bold leadership, vision, and perseverance.

Debora Huisman-Leeser:
