About GASSAN Certified Pre-Owned

GASSAN Certified Pre-Owned is part of GASSAN and specializes in the buying and selling of high-end pre-owned luxury watches. What will you do?

As a Sales Associate at GASSAN Certified Pre-Owned, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will professionally guide them through the purchase or sale of a pre-owned watch and ensure a service experience that reflects a high-end brand.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Advising customers (in the boutique, by phone, and via email)
• Selling pre-owned luxury watches and accessories
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Accurately processing sales and customer data
• Contributing ideas to enhance commercial opportunities and the customer experience
• Collaborating with colleagues from purchasing, back office, and marketing

Who are you?

You are a well-presented and communicative professional who enjoys customer interaction and sales.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking
• Communicates excellently in both Dutch and English
• Is commercially driven and service-oriented
• Works accurately and reliably
• Has an affinity with luxury products (experience with watches is a strong advantage)
• Can work independently as well as effectively within a team
