In collaboration with Messika, GASSAN is opening an exclusive boutique in the heart of Amsterdam.

Do you have an affinity with luxury retail and do you know how to turn every customer interaction into a special experience?
Are you service-oriented and commercially minded? Then we are looking for you.

What will you do?

• Advise and assist customers with their purchases
• Create a unique and personal customer experience
• Support in achieving commercial objectives and KPIs
• Contribute to building and maintaining customer relationships
• Monitor the appearance and presentation of the boutique
• Support operational processes

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of demonstrable experience in retail or hospitality (luxury segment is a plus)
• Commercial insight and a customer-focused attitude
• Good communication skills
• A presentable and professional appearance
