GASSAN is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer for the IT/ICT department.

GASSAN, a leading name in luxury and elegance, is looking for a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join our IT/ICT department. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data, contributing to the protection of the exclusivity that GASSAN represents.

What will you do?
• Set up, maintain, and optimize one or more corporate networks.
• Implement, configure, and maintain network equipment.
• Secure networks and sensitive data.
• Manage security and troubleshooting.
• Monitor systems.
• Draft documentation related to the above tasks.

What do we ask from you?
• Experience in detecting cyber threats on networks.
• Knowledge and experience in analyzing various attack techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with network equipment such as switches, routers, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with a Microsoft Windows environment.
• A degree in computer science or information technology (HBO level).
• Experience with various security technologies such as Security Information Event Monitoring, Intrusion Detection Systems, Vulnerability Scanning, etc.

Employment Conditions
• Competitive salary.
• Ability to provide a certificate of good conduct (VOG).
• Fixed-term contract with the intention of permanent employment.
• Working days from Monday to Friday.
• Up to 38 hours per week, part-time is also possible.
• Reimbursement for public transportation travel costs.
• Partial remote work is possible.
